I do not like the Vimhans Nayati Hospital, its HR department is also not good, the entire department is also not good, its people are not well behaved with the staff.

This salary does not come on time, so his staff does not want to work and the mail staff does not have any help from the hospital and stay

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The overall experience was good specially the chairman of this company .I worked here 4 years and it was like i am working at home .the patients living pattern are totally different from other hospitals.

The growth is slow .for the salary growth you have to do new project or a extra activity

Management approachable. Billing relatively transparent. Flexible working condition

Payments never on time. They dont even submit TDS.No PF 9r 9ther benefits given. Terrible payment culture. No investment on skill upgradation of employees.

the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I like that I am a part of a team.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Sometime , I have to work 10 to 12 hours that is very hard work for me beyond my working time.
