Its offensive not to entertain official communication after work hours or on official holidays or leaves. Superiors will cry to sanction leaves always. There is no learning

tsm greatly disturbs the time of salary and timing of attendance report. * Report will be sent. No, they avoid approving TA allowance and end up withholding money. I have had a very bad experience.

Work life balance is pretty good and so is the salary. The work culture leaves a lot to be desired especially the systems and processes at times are prohibitive for any initiative.

The decision making is not effectively delegated and most times one will find stuck in the labyrinth of trivial compliances.
