Nothing is here to like at Nayara Energy Ltd. Naam Bade Aur Darshan Chhote.... Its a MNC Company organized by Russian Management but Nothing is impressive thing or culture I felt here.

...ny training or skill development programs given to workers or Contractual staff. Giving training to only Company's pay roll employees. No any Planning regarding shift duty or shift hours. So there is no need to say about work life balance. Compensation and Benefits not good as comapare to other Multinationals companies. After work completion management often time regrets to give benegits or compensation. After fulfilling management requirements or work they forgot their decision regarding Benefits. Company's culture's is very political and No any system regarding recruitment process. Recruitment is going on basis of Family members or relatives/relationships with job seekers. Career Growth is 0. Forget about your mind skill and career growth after joining Nayara. No any work system, No any Planning regarding work distributions or work strategy. Still days no automation systems adopt by Management. Comapny is running 10 years later beyond the Current time. Safety Department and safety follow up at on job or off job is very poor. Without essential PPE's you can visit running plant or no any Safety person or Security person will ask to you. Security department is also not have much power as they need to have. Management never thinking about Contractor's workers or Contractual staff working at Nayara. On paper showing too much but in real its very poor. All over wrost experience at Nayara. No any system No any Management Staff No any other benefits are impressive .

They pay salary on time,A corporate credit card is given that also has many limitations.A good laptop and Tab to take pictures of petrol pumps

Firstly they will trap you once join the company buy forcing you to buy a car and they name it as safety policy and we care for employees safety etc etc .The cars which fit under the scope are above 20 lakhs ,so the employee is locked untill he finds a better payment than the current or job. After few months of joining if you do chamchagiri then you will survive or else they will start pressurising you and give unnecessary work which is irrelevant like they will ask you to collect photos of all retail outlets and mail and only possible way is to mail from your phone to Outlook mail. They will arrange meeting sor follow. Up at night . They have tied up with few partners which do not sell and force employees and franchisees to push the product example they tied up with MobiKwik which doesn't have any presence and no ease of convience using at dealer end or customer end .They have made it mandatory and forcing franchisee and customer to do You have to travel every day start exactly by 9 but not to start return before 7 pm everything is monitored by Vts Fitted to your car which they give emi untill you work Car will be on your name but you cannot drive as you require everything is governed by company Your boss will know where you are at any point of time working day or non working day because of VTs fitted. There is 0 skill development, only skill you will develop is buying time

tsm greatly disturbs the time of salary and timing of attendance report. * Report will be sent. No, they avoid approving TA allowance and end up withholding money. I have had a very bad experience.

Work life balance is pretty good and so is the salary. The work culture leaves a lot to be desired especially the systems and processes at times are prohibitive for any initiative.

Dislikes

The decision making is not effectively delegated and most times one will find stuck in the labyrinth of trivial compliances.

Work Culture, Regionalism high and toxic politics , favouritism in promotion,rating for local state(region),outside state employees being targeted and highlighted on very small mistake and other side big mistake been hided if local. Talent retention and talent value zero in every aspect, Management don't want to listen whether whistleblower and hr toll free All these negative points only for marketing s&d Refinary devision is super good
