Captive work culture. GPS in car, you'll be working here as a driver, too much travelling and you'll be pressurised to self drive or take driver but it's very hard to afford driver at Rs.9/km. 3-4 times reporting in a day. Blame game, too much internal politics, always ready to ruin your career. No work life balance. If you are joining here then be ready to ruin your career and health. No support from upper management. Whether somebody post it or not but every field team specially Territory Sales Managers and Divisional Engineers across India are searching for better option. Everybody is counting on your results and ready to snatch every single piece of credit. In case of mistake everyone is ready to blame you. If you try to raise voice then everyone will target you and make it impossible to work in the organisation. 3 months notice period so that you can't join any where. Before joining think 1000 times and don't join here just for Car as you you have to give millions of excuses for using it personally. Bosses, just sit in AC rooms and track the cars just like video games and hardly visit the field. But when it comes to take the credit then they'll be first one in the row. Forget 9-10 days leave, 3-4 days leave is very hard to get. Hardly there is someone who gives leave for family vacation otherwise you can get limited leave for medical purpose only. I don't remember when did I get on a long vacation with family. If you'll try to give a better suggestion to your boss then mind it.... you are gone. They can't digest that how a junior can give a better solution or a suggestion. Last but not least, don't join here. Instead of struggling here it's better if you start your own business and put your efforts there. You and your family will praise your decision.

work culture, there is no scope to confront your superiors how ever they are right or wrong or nasty with you. Not open for innovative out of the box or innovative thinking very typical and stereo type working atmosphere. No work - life balance at all. Its offensive not to entertain official communication after work hours or on official holidays or leaves. Superiors will cry to sanction leaves always. There is no learning

Work life balance is pretty good and so is the salary. The work culture leaves a lot to be desired especially the systems and processes at times are prohibitive for any initiative.
