HR team is not supportive of specific department They can't understand personal ethics If u want to get help from them they will not give an answer

Work life balance is pretty good and so is the salary. The work culture leaves a lot to be desired especially the systems and processes at times are prohibitive for any initiative.

The decision making is not effectively delegated and most times one will find stuck in the labyrinth of trivial compliances.
