HR policies not okay, job satisfaction not okay, salary hike not okay, work culture not okay, management sometimes shouts at people and there is lot of dirty politics. No encouragement for employees and life is hell !!!

Secure job,good working culture,good management and supportive company policies.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't Address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Only good is company infrastructure But please don't join this company. U will regret in future. No scope No increement No facility No respect No growth No learning

All Heads of sections are good but Only Problem in Naxpar is HR POLICY HR's are over confident especially Manish etc All HR there for timepass and thinks that this company is their. Very bad HR.

Opportunity to learn & strengthen skills. Everyone tries to support you & help you to learn. Lots of discussion for improvement makes culture very good. Anyone can give their suggestions to rectify the problems. Healthy atmosphere.

Dislikes

Lots of things to learn so that You don't leave office on time. So that work life balance can be quite disturb.
