Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Dislikes

Working hours which need to be 8 hours for operation and maintenance is 12 hours and salary timing is not fox some time get after 2 month

...ing my 6months experience in this company,my workplace was at Karwar, Karnataka. First thing salary was not getting time to time.Every 4months they payble me one month salary.Salary was not getting right time.Management was not good found during my experience .They are payble employees salary only advance basis.

Salary is not time to time.And duty hour also 12 to 14hours.
