...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The role of job is very good.

Dislikes

The training process is not good. Every one acts as if they are doctors. Seniors are very bad, they criticize everyone, working environment is very bad. Simply approvers give D grade, if some of the approvers dono anything, still they approve our cases wrongly and give d grade, they Target one person, because of these approver grade they made lay off for many people, because of lay off they are spoiling everyone's life, they don't even give time before lay off, on the spot they remove people, they dont inform one month before lay off. In training period they scold me very badly, some senior person even criticize about studies, they do indirect harassment in this company.

Good for engineers only, cause they get paid in loads.

Dislikes

1) Job security is nonexistent. 2) Even if you are capable of working but can't make it office for some reason, you are compelled to take leave. 3) Lack of respect for the employees. Just want to hire cheap labor from India. 4) Emotionally manipulating employees by claiming to for for patients, when their primary focus is on business. 5) The company expect employees to display empathy towards patient but fails to show any sympathy towards its own staff. 6) Lack of professionalism. 7) They are so miserly that they can't afford to organize lunch or dinner occasionally. 8) Expected to work odd shifts, but cannot manage to give a break by taking them for an outing. 9) Mental health gets ruined with no kind of break or get-together. If not an outing, can at least celebrate a festival, but no. 10) HR and managers monitor employees closely when they take multiple breaks, and there is no cafeteria for a decent cup of coffee, necessitating employees to leave office premises. 11) A selected few employees who were with the company from the beginning receive special privileges like working from home and extended maternity breaks, while the rest do not get any such benefits. 12) They are merely seeking compliant workers who work unquestioningly to follow orders. 13) They provide used laptops and upon return, inspect them meticulously, charging 4000-5000 rupees as if examining a precious piece of jewelry. 14) Being in the health care industry there is just one restroom, and incapable of providing tissue with a tissue dispenser instead, you get toilet paper which is touched by wet hands, soggy, and becomes unusable. 15) The promised CTC was not delivered as stated; they cited a vague "variable CTC; excuse without clarifying the same in our appraisal letter clearly, nor was it informed during the appraisal call. Post deducting they have the audacity to ask employees to complete the task after going home or during weekends. CEO avoids addressing the issue by not engaging with employees directly. She gives sole importance to her proficiency in Harvard English and any minor error is blown out of proportion. (English is merely a language and it is knowledge and skill that matter, an engineer may not be proficient in English but may be skilled at coding and debugging)
