Horrible Experience and lack of Ownerships,Proprietary driven and Sr Management are Irrelevant to their Designation and they didn't have any real time Experience in respective domain. Worst Environment and Environment, Through out the year No work and Unnecessary heart and Mind wrenching situations. Worlds worst place . MD , Director and the most Disgusting personnel is GM (Useless and Worst fellow - Culprit and Useless fellow ) Always His discussions will be on Tea,Coffee Biscuits and He will work always on degradation of once Credibility,Loyalty and professionality.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
