Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Worst organisation ever… all policies are in company fever.. 0 understanding with employees.. school type culture strict… appraisal issue.. no any fun factor or activity in organisation

Team is very co operative while work and celebrating any special moments. Flexibility in time in shifts.

Dislikes

Management is not take care about all employees. Management is strict in following company policies. No fun activities are done to refresh mind in work.
