...staff. Even I have proof. Any person is going there be careful from daval Mehta. Daval Mehta block my last month salary. He is very dengerous person for all junior staff specially for female employee. Management should take action against him. He always do code of conduct.

Teammates are good, Less politics, Good amount of autonomy in teaching process, Good for people who are looking to begin their carer in academics

Dislikes

...research and knowledge up gradation. There is no emphasis on career development. There are no standard salary scales; except a few individuals, nobody gets salary as per the UGC Scale. Low quality computers and IT facilities, no system for performance appraisal and promotion.

Likes

Work environment is suportive and gives you space and time to improve yourself as a better professional. It is set far from the city hustle so even during the work hours, you feel relaxed and enthusiastic at the same time. Heaven for those who seek for work life balance in the busy life.

Dislikes

Eating options are limited but you can grab something from cafeteria. Perks are limited.

As an organisation, Navrachna has failed during Corona virus pandemic. The organisation will not help in any manner possible yet advertise such that it's helping employees. Initially when the virus outbreak there were no necessary steps taken unless govt. was included. I really don't like the work environment, constant politics to bring down each other even during this pandemic.

Earlier in the beginning of University it was working great. However with time things change a lot and the management got greedy. It's not at all aplace for career enthusiats.
