I was served there for 5 years it's a very good company but salary was very low..other than salary, the company provide incentives, travel allowance,benefits,leave balance etc...

Very bad atmosphere as well as office..not maintaining the company well..,...............

Likes

I was given complete freedom to act as per the vision I had and the management was completely supportive in this regard. I was given respect and value and my work was appreciated relevantly. During my service period I could learn a lot out of the work environment and was given the liberty to experiment new techniques and concepts (me being a product design engineer). I could push the company to higher levels out of the flexibility the management exercised to make way for the innovations I intended to implement. This guaranteed utmost job satisfaction.

Dislikes

The company may not appear futuristic, in terms of the architecture of the buildings and systems in place. Climate in Chennai is not the most comfortable of all, especially in summers and monsoons.
