Lot of politics and management issues salary is decent but incentive policy is Average target high and no work compensation..

...s after employees as if they were family and this provides immense job security. Being a Senior Writer, I cannot comment about salary, but I can say that payment is more than adequate.

I wouldn't use the word dislike, but as a Senior Writer, I do not get the benefit of Provident Fund or Pension. As such, I have to make my own arrangements to provide for myself through the royalties I get in the present to fend for myself in my old age.

Teammates is best.........training is excellent. ......no job secure.........careers growth is very nice and also salary 100%politics.......innovation 00%........work life no chance

Company is best director is also best person but sitting on the RSM and ASM chair they are not liable for that position

Their payment system is better than any other publication house, my experience was good, never had to ask about payments, it was timely, that gives anyone a sense of respectful earning, which is more important. I would really like to refer anyone to Navneet.

I am very happy I am a part of Navneet publication India. Before & now In COVID-19 lockdown company management very good support me & my all team members company. All team members are very supportive all in one important point is the company all politics for employees are good.

My friendly opinion is as per my last 13-year experience with Navneet there are some issues abt some policy at a senior level handling personally and politically and because of this politics, the best honest representatives lost when the company had nothing in them and were not give a single chance again.
