Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Dislikes

very poor management and work culture is extremely bad, no skill and development, no salary hike and bonus, if you can do maska palish definatly go for it.

I haven’t enjoy a lot working there but yeah I learn somethings that can help me in future. And also due to this pandemic I’m not working in company.

Dislikes

The people’s are not so co-operative. They are also no too much of helpful. Culture is not so good there.
