In India all manufacturing industries gives bonus and appraisal in April month but here in Aug. Temple is also not available in the company (way of main Entrance). We are indians so temple necessary.

Company environment and discipline very good and supportive staff also.

Salary and job security nok ok . There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues. Career growth is slow. After complete 2 years training company not permanent the employees.

Overall, Navitasys India Pvt Ltd is a company in which as an Engineer you can get Good Salary with so much Hectic Work but still so less for Skill Development. Less people talk about Skill and Logic. But most people just do Leg Pulling of Others.

Dislikes

Very Bad Work Culture. No Inter Departmental Relation at all. People Fight very much and mostly all the time, even Upper Management and expect same from Sub Ordinates. And worse thing is No to little involvement of HR in these matters.
