You will get a salary of good but do not fall for this trap. HR team treats you well in the beginning. There is no much work pressure here

1. No job security, one day they come and fire you. Be ready for that because they are not ready to give a month of salary as well to survive and no professionalism to respond to email. 2. The company is acquired by Kaleris so nothing is in the hand of Navis now. 3. I see lot of politics in terms of language and state wise. Chennai vs north 4. No plans for the employee before hire and after hire no one care about you. So please think twice before joining

Team manager and HR, company policy one of the worst benefits in this company. Don’t join this company and don’t accept offer from this company. Without reason they laid off no grace period of days was given. If company bank captail amount was reducing means they terminate employees and you can’t apply loans in bank while you work in the company example HDFC or public bank.. this company did not listed for long time in india finance sector and not incorporated for long years..and you will get early morning call like 3AM or 4am to join.. this was not said while joining or in interview …

Too much of biased treatment for new employee(specially freshers) and no proper treatment (recognition & compensation) for existing employe(or lateral experienced). Lots of panic decisions and investments considering only short time vision. Not aligned with proper long term goal or vision

Excellent place to work for a product based company. You will feel just home away from home for work and astonishing work environment that I never seen such work culture from any other organization so called big IT Indian MNCs such as CTS,TCS,Oracle, Wipro etc. Navis india techologies is a Great place to work. Fully agile and tremendous opportunity to learn. Grab it if you hired here. You will never get second thought of leaving this organization anytime. It is my bad already left.
