No work life balance No skill development Workers & Contractors are more powerful than staff Workers & Contractors salary is more than staff No promotion No yearly increment Worst management Staffs are working as drivers. They expect you to work 365 days a year & more than 12 hours a day. They will change your department whenever they want. Everyone one is working towards saving his job. Very rude & un-supportive staff.
