Timely payment of salary at the end of month. You will learn to do meaningless work for 12-14 hrs , sometimes even on weekends. It's a high pressure environment with a deadline that is going to keep you sleep deprived but still need to perform. So you will develop a lot of management skills , work under intense pressure, conflict management, etc.

Dislikes

1. Poor work culture 2. No appraisal, no promotion at the end they will just try to use you as a underskill employee, completely and deliberately ignoring your skill, and undermining you by giving you work unrelated to your profile. 3. Insecure managers who are not only unprofessional but also withhold information. 4. Worst top management ever , look at their record , no top management employee aka ceo, CTO , CFO , MD stays there for long time. Due to which the company is not sure of its vision. 5. Too much bureaucracy and office politics. Worst place for a fresher to join as he will be treated as if he knows nothing. In reality the truth is opposite. 6. Too much micromanagement , need to ask permission of your boss for every thing. 7 You will be working on ground mostly with labours wasting your brain and at times of conflict, your boss will abandon you. Cheers. 8. Top management promotes people with good flattering skills. Also a lot of racial biases in the organisation. You need to be of specific community to survive. 9 Due to regional biases , the mode of communication is not English, so you need to manage with the local languages. 10. Poor Business team , they don't have any idea about product development. 11. Leaves are good on paper , you won't get any unless you beg for it. So yes a lot of begging in the chemixak industry.

Job security is good. Growth opportunities are also there. Annual salary increments are fine

Dislikes

They are not working with system. Everything is like unplanned, rework, reschedule etc. Not giving basic facilities like office chair, nice transportation or good canteen facilities. Everywhere in NFASL, you have to adjust.

...t only worker here. Sr.director(HOD) have no knowledge about QC field technical. So that you not gain any type of knowledge He only think about cost cutting and always blame you for any reason Resouces for work not provided No proper sitting chair provided,so that you feel body pain, No fumehood in lab.so you inhale all organic vapour to your lungs and leads to cancer. Hand gloves not provided so you may experience skin allergy and possibility of skin cancer All small small thing for work he kept with him. There is no value of employee. Your concern not listen. He just timepass and frustrated you for small small matter like why sample is pending

No transportation No canteen facility Increment u will get definately but for pramotion you need to serve 7-8 years for a single pramotion. if you are getting excellent grade every year then u will get pramotion after 7-8 yr otherwise forgot about pramotion in navin fluorine. Zero documents available. Equipment data is not available in any plant. PFD Pnid not available. Top management staff is not so much knowledgable.
