Salary On time, Good Bus Facility.

Dislikes

No work life balance, Maximum employee over stay than duty hours, HR so not care about work life balance, Even bus facility available so that some employee are force to over stay for 1 and 2 hours. Worst canteen for contract workman, As I said HR do not even care. No proper P&ID, PSSR, Project execution. People oriented culture boss is always right. Management decision change frequently.

Working culture in project department is too bad Without any work they are forcing you for overtime duty But company is not providing overtime and c-off for 2hr extra duty And abused words common for top management and much more bad things Safety culture is not good.

Great company to work for. Salary is quite better than Market, very good work life balance, it's a new set up of existing group - so lots of opportunities to learn & implement new things. Management is good. Overall employee friendly company

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
