Appraisals and promotions are not upto the mark compared to other organisations. The projects are dull and there are no perks other than your salary. Even as a startup you aren't offered any ESOPs. If you are someone looking for a stable job without much ups and downs and a steady pay cheque then it is a good organisation to consider.

All the good reviews on ambition box & glass door about business analyst/product owner & consultant role are biased and fake, they are written to make any candidates fall in trap. Don't trust these reviews, you will regret your decision if you join this Organization.

No vision from higher management. Don't believe in Glassdoor reviews they are biased and uploaded by interns. No Work life balance. No clear cut boundaries while working with multiple vendor engagement that leads to chaos. No respect and appreciation of work. On average everyone is working 12 hours a day.

Navikenz is a company that has its heart in the right place; it puts people first and shows genuine concern for their well-being. Navikenz is a company that came together during covid times; it's fully a remote working company so far. Even though the company has a great onboarding experience and we stay connected with interactions with mentors, buddies, and peers, and also have weekly sessions where we share knowledge and experiences, it would be great if we get to meet in person regularly.
