Able to learn core skills, good mentor

Dislikes

No work life balance No salary hike, they increased Rs.300 to Rs.500 in a year When i suffered Covid, on that time, they asked me to raise LOP instead of giving medical leave worked more than 16hours frequently No proper planning in work When you are leaving, they will won't calculate the pay till last day of working, they will calculate till last day of pay cycle which affected me to work more than a week without pay.

Good Colleagues at the same level.

Dislikes

When I had joined, the company had a nice working environment but everything changed and the work environment got so negative within 5-6 months. The higher level authorities were not okay with the incentives which the junior got after achieving targets. They had raised the targets for us but not for them so that they could earn more. It was very demotivating and the culture also became negative, therefore the employees had started resigning.

Terrible question because I have got layoff from the company. I was worked almost 7 years. Management said I am non performer if it is they should have communicated me in advance but not even a single email or one to one meeting happen. They done this due to covid 19 but they never thought about me and the family.

Dislikes

Management because they often change the business plan and the process. They always provides responsibility to the wrong people by indirectly giving promotion without hike and that affects the department which ultimately down the business. Management won't be waiting for getting the results, within short span of time will implement the new process
