Nature of Mr. Naveen Sharma is very good he so polite and decent person, flexibility to do your own work also as sufficient time in the firm it's nice experience also for the beginner have lots of opportunity to understand the work as there is lots of repetitive work and opportunity to face court room independently.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
