(If you are a buttering man then you can fly). *No Bonus. *No encouragement or appreciation *No family accommodation. *Company doesn't celebrate any festival like (Holi, diwali) except Vishwakarma puja and Ganesh Chaturthi with Site team. *skill development is zero. *PM involvement in project is zero.

Very less salary and higher expectations from employees. Lack of communication between superior and subordinates. Very rigid in sharing knowledge. Sometimes employees cannot express their opinions or clearfiy their doubts freely.

Working culture is fully based on Discrimination. Sorry to say but company culture is not suitable for Non telagu peoples.lacks of professionalism and disrespectful behaviour towards employees
