Mainly working over here you will have a good job security for technical candidates but your career development wont work out. The company doesn't provide compensation and benefits for the worthful candidates. Appraisals are completely Poor overhere.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary and Career growth is completely slow.

Salary on time There is medium work pressure Leave application pass minimum 15 days and more at a time.

*Promotion and appraisal negligible. (If you are a buttering man then you can fly). *No Bonus. *No encouragement or appreciation *No family accommodation. *Company doesn't celebrate any festival like (Holi, diwali) except Vishwakarma puja and Ganesh Chaturthi with Site team. *skill development is zero. *PM involvement in project is zero.

Had a great experience of learning from colleagues and well maintained office with good worklife balance.

Very less salary and higher expectations from employees. Lack of communication between superior and subordinates. Very rigid in sharing knowledge. Sometimes employees cannot express their opinions or clearfiy their doubts freely.

Only for family accommodation. Management team are very poor conditions. No rules and regulation.no audit

...not good. Old staff and new staff salaries scales different. Effected for side. For example A DPM as a incharge Salary 70000 But new sr engineer under work this DPM sr. Engineer salary 75000.
