There is no Software or ERP here. Everything has to done manually. They won't provide you the system also. Hr and company policies will be changed as per management needs. Except for Hyderabad remaining locations we have invest own money for vendor payments and company will reimburse after 3 to 4 weeks. They won't release payments to vendors also on time. For freshers and career gap people it is ok to learn work here but for experienced guy this place is hell. There training method is too worst - you have to travel in lorries to visit client location.

Very fast paced and the more you learn the more you grow. Managers and department heads are very down to earth and have high level of expertise and experience Good promotions
