Worst culture, caste feeling, too much pressure to new joiners, treated like a jokers new joiners. Training is worst

Management is worst caste feeling. Salary deduction for 2mints late also. No extra pay for 3hr extra work also.

There is no Software or ERP here. Everything has to done manually. They won't provide you the system also. Hr and company policies will be changed as per management needs. Except for Hyderabad remaining locations we have invest own money for vendor payments and company will reimburse after 3 to 4 weeks. They won't release payments to vendors also on time. For freshers and career gap people it is ok to learn work here but for experienced guy this place is hell. There training method is too worst - you have to travel in lorries to visit client location.

Very fast paced and the more you learn the more you grow. Managers and department heads are very down to earth and have high level of expertise and experience Good promotions

Like how managers and management are involved constantly to guide you if stuck anywhere. Lot of learnings and if performed well automatically promote no need to ask

Nothing, if you are a fresher you can join for experience. What ever you're negotiating at the time of joining that will be your final salary for rest of the time so negotiate wisely after that you won't get any increment.

1. Monopoly disition by management. 2. Very Narrow minded people,If you need any office material like tapes you need to return back the used tapes. 3. What ever will be you designation you have to load and unload the vehicles. 4.In one word they treat you like slave
