Its a great place to learn and explore your skills in multiple arenas of the job role and implement your ideas and show creativity. Very good compensation package. And efforta are recognized and appreciated.

Dislikes

As its a fast growing organization maintaining work life balance is quite difficult as role requires taking additional responsibilities.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
