Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Good atmosphere.Easy accessible to seniors including MD Sir. Innovations and good advices are always well appreciated by company Sr.VP Dayanand sir and he will ready to implement if it at site if it is useful for the site as well for company w.r.t to value engineering and quality. Company is growing well under the guidance Sr.VP and with Good support from MD. Job satisfaction will be there and good scope in professional growth.
