You are respected if you are in accounts or experienced person in office.

Dislikes

You mostly don't do what you are taken for. Have to do some unethical works for management. Lunch timings are only after the MD leave for home (after 2 PM). Senior staff I'll treat you. Forcefull unwanted work. Doesn't trust you unless you work for more than 5 years. The list goes on.
