Except Salary that they will offer at time of joining is good, rest everything is poor. They do not have any processes and the people on senior positions are mainly those who are in company from long time, so they don't even know the processes. Unrealistic timelines are shared and forced to work on them.

Work life balance is not good, there is always pressure to complete work with high quality assurance but in less time, they also provide some data correction related task but those have no count in your appraisal, implement new features with some extra work + help juniors + learn something new at your own + show participation in all activity But the only thing which matters is new features

No proper support from team or team leaders, HR team not resolved your work Problem. No festival holidays Received like , Diwali, Holi, Makar Sakranti, Rakhi, no holiday option, Working hours has 10-12 Hours. ,It is not expected in MNC.
