I learned lot of things from my company like how to work under pressure how to compleate targets , how to coordinate with team . Much more many things .

They can't appriciate even manager can't appriciate if we do some batter things work hard , compleating our targets..

I was newly joined & from last 3 months we facing covid19 finally my store is allotted to me in this month so I didn't say that what I dislike to working with my organisation but I'm enjoying every way what company decides because when company stands & giving the best for all of us in this critical situations so it can do best things ever.

I have a great experience in Nautica ,Its a wonderful experience in all aspects excepesally management and their support . companssaions and incentives of the brand also best compare to other brands. Employee can work without any job tensions because we have job security.comparative to others natica gives best in all . materials, fits, and Employee polices and growth.
