After working 3+ years I could conclude that this is a good place to work. Only drawback would be pay it is way less than the market standard but they will compensate that with work life balance and with the number of leaves. In short this is a good place for female colleagues to work

...and poor remains poor concept But work allocation is equal and some times more high paid employees No focus for whose salary is less Promotion is very slow

...which is spoiling many colleagues career who are getting good offer outside. 2. Pay is low compared to similar level organization.

Natwest has good company culture, Its a employee centric company with great work life balance.

Its not a right place for anyone who is looking to work in top notch technologies, compensation is less compared to other companies.

Politics do affect you if not in good books, show off your work type culture, don't retain good employees
