1. Very little appraisal. 2. Management people are full of it. Many micro-manage a lot and dont have any proper technical knowledge. 3. No skill development unless you are in a good BU. Too much operational work - It gets on your nerve.

Compensation benefits are not up to to beat inflation. Too much of micro management and at times leads to hostile. Office location - RMZ ecoworld is a nightmare to travel

Great company to work for! They have some amazing people and management. If you are willing they will invest endless on your learning and skill development (would vary from department to department)

In the name of team few people who are very close to manager by doing what I don't know but certainly not by doing good work run their Monopoly in team events, outing and force others to follow them. Career growth is very poor in terms of skill building and in getting higher role.

RBS is a good brand in market, go to a good pay package , work life balance is superb, bonus and increments are good.

Dislikes

No promotions,. Slow growth, good to settle down if you are not looking further in life and enjoy here
