1. Compensation 2. Performance appraisal 3. Tenor based promotion and not merit based, also tenor based is not guaranteed as it depends on who at the upper level is leaving. Even for getting promotion in the same team, you need to give interview 4. No clear communication by leaders in terms of closing the location or division, impacting people 5. When they have nothing to say in performance, they put you down in name of visibility 6. No skill set , lacking behind digitally 7. People are not ambitious and they don't let you be 8. Not much to contribute in technical expertise as people want to focus more on SOPs 9. Lack of growth 10. Micromanagement in some teams

The work environment is very friendly and also the higher management is supportive. Also if you are a female who has challenge to maintain work life balance. This is the place for you.

Dislikes

They need to higher up the compensation as per industry standard.

Likes

Work life balance is fantastic in RBS. Job security is also a point which one should keep in mind as noone in RBS lose their job during Covid-19 hard time. Company also supported its employees in many different ways as well.

Dislikes

Salary and there should be more outdoor games activities

Likes

Strong HR and supporting leaders and managers. Work life balance is also a plus point. One gets ample opportunities to move cross functions whereby get exposure to various areas of finance and expand one's learning horizons.

Compensation could be little bit better.
