Learning wise the company is best but there is no work life balance and there are no benefits like PF, Medical insurance, annual leave policies, gratuity There are no specific HR personnel, Work culture is family oriented until you serve notice period. For freshers the Firm is good

Due to audit firm, there is continuously pressure in the organisation. In audit pressure time employee have to seat late.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
