Nothing is there to like in this company. 1. No Job Security. 2. No Work Culture. 3. Waste Management. 4. No Company Policies. Sales Team has to work in the market mainly into spa, salon and beauty parlors the whole month or two months, company will always tell will pay the salary and ta/da soon. But it will never happen. Wont pay a single money to the sales team for their hard work. Sales People will quit and company will recruit a new guy. Same process happens again and again. Don't ever consider it as a company. Such a Waste Guys sitting in Bangalore and fooling people. Suggesting nobody should join in this company.

Dislikes

There is nothing to like in this company. Company wont pay salary ta or da. Fraud Company for fooling people. Company just needs primary amount from the distributors, don't want to know about secondary sales. Sending damage stocks to distributor, lot of product complaints from market. Negative Customer feedback. No repeat sales. No advertisement. No promotions. Company says as a premium product but low quality product. No Money to the Company No Salary. 2 Waste Guys Rahman and Omar. Will Collect Money from Distributor and will send low quality products to the distributor. Will not settle damage stocks to distributors . Company treats sales team as beggars. Nobody should join in this company. Will give huge offers that will only be in offer letter not in your bank.
