Excellent job security, work culture also good, Management also very good, company policy is average, management is very transparent and understand the current market situation and behave accordingly.

Professionalism, No corporate culture.

Likes

Working environment is good because of the staffs' good nature. Company has many products which can be seen in National as well as international market. Good to learn small thing, good for freshers to start their career here.

Dislikes

No innovations and research and development work is done here, Growth is very slow, no employee policies and facilities. Work pressure is high. Head of the department does not value an individuals' unique strengths, due to which I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Also, there no job training for freshers, and there is no job security.
