Work life balance is very high though scope of learning is a less as this is a small company with strength less than 100.

...ouritism prevails as this is a family owned small company, pay policy is biased. Certificate holders get more salary than masters degree holders. No delegation of authority. Policy and rules are only applicable to few people roam around and play video games

Good work life balance. Seniors are very friendly. You will be working on core development.

This company fires the person's like buying the potatoes and throwing in dustbin. Fires the candidate without even notifying saying your performance is down. I accept that anyone's performance could be but atleast you guys should give 1 week notice to cover but no they just say your performance is down on 30 and you are terminated on 31. IS IT A KIND OF JOKE?

They throw people suddenly without any prior notice. They believe in hire and fire. Even my friends who were working for 2yrs are fired suddenly. The Senior Manager is unworthy.

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
