Good work environment and culture. Teammate are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary. Job security is very poor.

My experience of working with nature's essence is terrible no supports from seniors no soft corner for their employees I resign due to my marriage they does not settle my full and final completely and the amount they paid after 7 months is terrible they hasn't provide my expense of last working days and previous working month which should be 9700
