Since being a part of company & working as a HR professional, I got rich experience in Cargill, especially attending top management meeting, which developed managerial & leadership skills in me, which I think one can not get so easily. Working environment was so good that tempt me to expense more time working for company. Work life is so attractive for an employees to retain there. Opportunity is so high for individual growth, that one can explore their limit working with company.
