In terms of job security Company has supported very much during Lockdown. Management has always ensured that we are getting Salary on time.Good work culture and Management is always supporting staff.

The work culture here is very good I gave job security 2 star just bcoz of there has been some partiality with the staff rest all are very good.

There is lot of politicks and management doesn't address our issues management do the partiality with the staff like in my case there was 2 people in the promotion list and, I got promoted but the boy who didn't get promotion he was the boyfrnd of their chef nimisha then all the girls file a fake complaint against me of harrassing the female on job which was totally fake but management didn't go into deep n check, i was a newly married person at that tym, they forcefully told me to write a resignation letter and the didn't even give me notice period time, the general manager Anil more was very good with me but in this matter he didn't even check the reality, I was very disappointed with this incident Rest all other policies and everything is good in company.
