Working in natural is every good experience. Work environment also good. Best experience in naturals is all staff are following company process and protocol .

A particular think i don't like about company there is no good salary for knowledgeable person.

Working in naturals ice cream is very good experience to me the staff was so helpful and always friendly with each other and with guests (customers) and the environment of my work place was so positive and hygiene is the best part of this work which i like the all staff was following all the companies protocols and that really was a pleasure to work in such a good environment

Dislikes

There is no perticular thing that I dislike about Naturals ice cream but the salary is not good and pramotion is very slow but it can cover by doing morning shift 8:00am to 5:00pm and then doing another part time job so there is no problem for anothers but I couldn't do it because the work place was far from my home so this is i dislike about working in NATURALS

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joniees.

Founder Mr kamath sir very Nice and respect full person, he thinks about staff food ,because he only one person who thinks about staff hardwork , but their is a prblm in management and i, m worker there I see very very cleansed working, they are following proper (sop ) very neet and clean working, I never see another company like this, they're are providing customers very clean food , and real fruits original taste ✅

...e 40 rs ka food mai staff ka pet nhi barta, unee or bhi bhukh lagta hai . There is not salary growth Because of covid i don't get job, Then again 2022 I asked for vacancy And joining, they said agar koi ek baar kaam chordtha hai toh usee ham firse kaam pr nhi lete hai.

Working in a Franchise Company is totally worst. Here they don't offer Any letters there is no scope of working over here as its an Indian Company they don't have that much staff related management
