Nothing. All positive reviews since end of 2022 are fake as they force to review company on online platform by saying that it will affect on your salary of next month.

.... They dont have enough resources and keep ghosting client for project deadline. And keep ghosting and mental torturing employess for paying salary delaying 2 3 months without any formal notice. If you say anything for your hard earned salary they will put you in PIP even after working double shift to hamper your career.

Hybrid work culture (5days office+2 days Wfh on few weekends in a month) Large no. Of managers, you can blame anything for the mess everyone creates there. Amazing managers who know nothing about their work so they can't tell you anything. Best HR team, who can't write a single sentence in English. Clients are sad with them. Their are people apart from you who are sad with them🥵 They can fight with partners anytime and you will be without project and can take adequate rest at office. They don't give leaves and won't compensate for it usually. Zero employee retention policy.

...y. No compensation for weekend work till you tell them atleast 7 times a week. Salary can't come before 10th, will be after 10th only, can extend to 13 or 14 because of bank issue every month. Don't plan for holidays,they can be removed from calendar anytime 🥵 You can be assigned work for the day at 6:30, and will be asked to get it done today only. If you missed few calls from manager, your salary will be put on hold. They don't even pay vendors on time.

...were really so bad. I'll recommend to never join this worst company in the life. They even hold the salary for months.

Yes as a midscale company, i am handling almost all tickets .it has increased my all knowledge .having itil protocols and workforce management team leads to better management of project

Nothing. Just get WFH which is only perk.

Everything, full on politics. One person have to work as Project Manager, Product Owner, Scrum Master, Business Analyst and even designer as no work force for relevant skills or designation. Higher management work to just order and blame single person who have to do their work as well as unavailable recourses work , still put you on PIP to mentally torture you.
