I am thankful that this is my first job experience in my career, what ever knowledge I have gained from my job is very useful throughout my like, I will always thank full my boss Mr. Kanakia who believed in me and trusted me for various responsibilities. and I am always always going to miss my colleagues where ever I go in the future, they are like family to me.

Dislikes

In spite of many likes every employee has some dislikes about his/her firm,because good things never fill empty stomach. One thing I always dislike for my firm is that salary & appraisal,we are hardly getting yearly increment, ie to by RS.500/- or 1000/- not more than that, I have completed almost 4 years & 6 Months but I am not eligible but PF Contribution & PL. secondly there is no growth at all as its a small partnership firm.
