...nt working is bad for their contract besis employee. Not supporting in covid-19.and not give salary during lockdown. In lockdown management terminate to all contract besis employee which is working from 7 years.

There is a lot of politics and the management not address our issues. Management is not supporting us during covid- 19.

I personally learnt a lot from this PSU company. Government has plan to disinvest or close Loss making PSU. Any time this company may come to closure.

No promotion is possible due to its loss making PSU status. No perks like other Maharatna, Navratna and Mini Ratna.

There is no promotion and one big thing is that the company is in high losses. The company has not funds to give their employees's salaries. The permanent officials does not corporate with temporary staffs.

I am a part of a team to implement modernization and built completely new mills with latest technology and high quality products and provide employment to future generations. I get to travel all Southern Regional mills .
