NSE as an organisation is good but people in the organisation do not deserve because of the senior management having verbal dishorrea. No work from home allowed for leaves u hv to beg and justify badly

so many things...worst managers,worst management,poor work life balance especially if you are in NSE project.Very less appraisal,favouritism done by managers,lot of office politics,gossips.Not good projects.

...icies have been significantly improved. Good work life balance and job security. Good salary hike from last 2 years including market correction. There is gaming area to relax after and between working hours.

Slow growth compared to MNCs. Hierarchy is too long. There is no meetings with HR to address issues periodically

There is a lot of politics in this organization . Salary is very poor. There is a bond of 2 years and notice period of 3 months . No job training is given . You can get promoted or get good appraisal only if you know politics and know how to steal credit of junior level employees . Won't recommend to anyone looking for a technical level role in this organization.
