Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. by heartily I love the fact that I was a part of a team that high-quality products has a pan India client based.As a result, I got to travel so many provinces and I met so many clients. Another plus point was that my colleagues came from various cultural backgrounds and we worked happily in collaboration . I also liked the employee rejoining policy.

The work pressure was very high. sometimes I attend client calls in the evening time.There was no on- job training for freshers , hence senior folks like me had to guide them step-by-step , which was a very painful sometimes.
