The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. by heartily I love the fact that I was a part of a team that high-quality products has a pan India client based.As a result, I got to travel so many provinces and I met so many clients. Another plus point was that my colleagues came from various cultural backgrounds and we worked happily in collaboration . I also liked the employee rejoining policy.

The work pressure was very high. sometimes I attend client calls in the evening time.There was no on- job training for freshers , hence senior folks like me had to guide them step-by-step , which was a very painful sometimes.

The work force and the half backed working process and systems, of which the brokers first took full advantage as they also never tried to know the inside out and now are crying foul after duping their clients.

Poor fellows working for money. Every one wants to get out but for lack of opportunity have no option but to continue.

Half baked bosses. Think that they know everything. Trying to justify their misdeeds.

Nothing its totally a waste working here... leaders are below average dint want to work, Just excuses of failure is explored to save their time in company... No new ideas no new discussions only time pass is what employees do here.... Especially the management team do not execute their job roals...
