Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 year before which you can't resign on the job training is not given to new joining.

It's worst doing work there, nsci has so much politics and no value of education if you have good contact you get promotion otherwise they won't judge your work or education level

There is nothing to like about the company as it's fails on all the parameters of being called a company...it's basically a organisation that is run by some club m mbers who are illleterate and have no sense and value of anyone expect for thinking about their own benefits..the entire system is so corruput and politically motivated that they don't prefer a professional working to change the culture..
