Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

Behaviour of senior was terrible.I was living with my family in Manesar garrison and when I went for VIP security duty to Delhi for few days at that time I was staying near domestic airport near Marham nagar in N S G head qtr campus,at that time even after completion of duty, I can not come to meet my family and stay in my quarter at night, eventhough the next turn of duty was after 24 hours.Totaly inhumane behaviour by black angrej and it is an example of worst environment even in each and every force , in the name of discipline. Created by our seniors.
